Skin healing and cell regenerating, calming and relaxing, promotes restful sleep, balancing & nurturing, Anti-inflammatory.

Dilute 4 drops in 10ml of St John’s wort and apply on minor burns and cuts. Apply and rub 1 to 2 drops neat or dilute in carrier oil on the wrist and solar plexus to reduce stress and anxiety. Promotes better sleep for children and adults.

Diffusion: use 4-5 drops in the diffuser.
Topical application: dilute 2-3 drops in one teaspoon of carrier oil, apply to target area.

Not recommended for the first 3 months of pregnancy
