Digestive aid, stimulant, energising and warming

Dilute 1 to 2 drops with carrier oil and apply over the abdomen to reduce bloating. Add a drop in your tea as a digestive aid for nausea or loss of appetite. Use in a massage oil to aids poor circulation and muscle spasm. Diffuse to create a warm and energizing environment

Diffusion: use 4-5 drops in the diffuser.
Topical application: Dilute 2-3 drops in one teaspoon of carrier oil and massage target areas.

Low level phototoxicity, use in low dilution. Avoid delicate areas ( e.g. face). Avoid use during pregnancy.
