Ingredients

Peppermint ( French ),Patchouli, Sweet Orange, Rosemary, Cedarwood Atlas, Eucalyptus Globulus and Clary Sage Oil

Directions for use

• Unwind your day in a relaxing Epson or Himalayan salt bath by adding three to four drop to the salt and mix in the bath water.
• Mix three to four drops with Jojoba oil for a relaxing massage oil.
• Apply a drop on your palm, rub together then deeply inhale as desire throughout the day.
• Diffuse the oil in a room diffuser to restore and recharge.
