Diffuse rosemary to calm nervous exhaustion and even headaches.
Diffuse a blend of rosemary and eucalyptus radiata to clear a stuffy nose.
Rub the chest and back with rosemary and eucalyptus radiata (3 drops each diluted in 1 teaspoon of base oil) for bronchitis and common cold.
Rub the scalp with 2 drops of Ylang Ylang + 2 drops of Rosemary essential oil in 1 teaspoon of sweet almond oil and 2 drops of wheat germ oil to stimulate hair growth.

Diffusion: use 4-5 drops in the diffuser.
Topical application: dilute 3 drops with 3 drops of carrier oil.

Do not use in the first 3 months of pregnancy, skin irritation possible if used pure.
