Calming (nervous), grounding, invigorating, anti-aging.

Blend with petitgrain, roman chamomile and ylang ylang or lavender in a diffusion blend for insomnia, to calm overactive mind, ease anxiety.
For topical use, blend Vetiver essential oil in carrier oil and massage on, for grounding of emotions.
Use in skin care to hydrate mature skin and improve skin tone.

Topical application: Dilute 1 drop of vetiver to 1 tablespoon of jojoba oil for mature skin.

Because of its high potency, best used diluted in no more than one drop per 15ml of carrier oil. Avoid use during pregnancy.
