Antidepressant, sedative, nervous relaxant, lowers blood pressure, regulatory and calming effect on the heart.

Diffuse together with sweet orange for better sleep and to ease restlessness,
Add in your moisturiser to manage oily skin.
Add in your hair conditioner for deeper conditioning.
Apply on the solar plexus or the inner side of the wrists to ease nervous tension and promote relaxation.
Rub on the sole of the foot to reduce hypertension and heart palpitations.
To stimulate hair growth, rub the scalp with 2 drops of Ylang Ylang + 2 drops of Rosemary essential oil in 1 teaspoon of sweet almond oil and 2 drops of wheat germ oil.

Diffusion: Use 4-5 drops in the diffuser.
Topical application: Dilute 3 drops of Ylang Ylang with 3 drops of carrier oil and apply to target areas.

Avoid use during pregnancy. May cause headaches. Avoid use with low blood pressure. Use low concentration. Possible skin sensitisation.
